Last month(27th June) I bought boat rockers 335 earphone but starting onwards when it’s disconnected that time also glowing red light. That’s the first issue. Then CVC is provided but in receiver side my voice is low to hear and background voice is clearly heard. That’s 2nd issue. Speaker sound is very low thats 3rd issue. Now earphone cannot ON totally shutdown it’s 4th issue. I’m facing 1month of this issue. Then I’m trying to boat service center and call to the customer care but I cannot getting in Bangalore. Everybody is not responding properly. Totally I disappointed to amazon after buy this product. Everybody is not responding I’m too tired. It’s my fin. al option to raise to the complaint. Please clear my issue ASAP.
