Recently tried to claim my warranty for Airdopes 148 which had charging issue . They just rejected my claim saying it is passed tests and rejected my claim . However it is evident that they discharge after a full charge in 20 min -30 min max.
There is also another product Headphones BoAT 510 which they rejected claim because it had 518 written on it (however that is what I got in the name of 510 and both are exactly same too ) . Not only that when receiving back this product , it got damages . The padding cover of the headphones were completely removed .
I tried to contact BoAT through customer service and even on twitter .
But they took no action at all .
