Text of Complaint by SUKRIT MODAK:

Dear Grievance Officer,
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding order #[406-7352651-5045160] for the boAt Airdopes Prime 701 ANC.
I placed this order on January 28, and it was scheduled for delivery on January 30. Despite following all procedures and selecting the Cash on Delivery option, the delivery failed. I have now been informed that the item was damaged in transit and is being returned.
This situation has caused significant inconvenience for the following reasons:
1. Price Discrepancy: I purchased the product for ₹999. I am now being told to re-order, but the price has increased to ₹2,200. As the transit damage was not my fault, I should not be required to pay the higher price.2. Urgency: I am only at this location for five days and am departing tomorrow. Due to this delivery failure, I am left without the product I specifically ordered for my travels.
I request that you resolve this matter immediately by providing one of the following:
– The original boAt Airdopes Prime 701 ANC delivered at the initial price of ₹999. – A compensatory refund of ₹2,200 (the current market value) to my bank account so that I may replace the item.
I look forward to your prompt response and a swift resolution to this matter.
