I have ordered boAt BassHeads 100 WIRED EARPHONE. My Boat order ID 1908154. This order marked as “Delivered” On 25 Apr 2022. But item till not received . 25th Apr 2022 I have received following SMS from Ekart ” Ekart Update: We tried reaching you for shipment SRTP3873269435. Please call delivery executive today on 09514908999, pin 230.”. So 25th Apr 2022 many time tried to contact this number . but every time got reply busy . 26th Apr 2022 also tried many times but recived showed invalid number . So, I am not able to contact courier . Than I have contact many time to Boat (02269181920). Thay tolled me every time we will check. The boat executive today (8.6.2022) tolled me you contact ekart courier. So kindly help me.
