I purchased Boat Nirvana earbuds. It was not working properly. I visited service centre in Mumbai (Virar west) for product replacement. They told me the new product will be delivered to my address. But I got an empty box from Boat. When I wrote an email to them they are saying you are raising complaint after 24 hours. So we cannot help you. Please help me to get my product.
