I sent my boat headphones two time for warranty claim as they were malfunctioning. Afrer 5-10 minutes of listening the headphones malfunctioned and changed the track automatically and also changed the volume itself. As a response i sent the product for exchange under warranty claim as my product was still under warranty. Each claim took 15 days. But still they rejected my claim as their cheap and unreliable verification systems did not find the default. If they cannot fulfill the warranty claim then they should stop making false promise regarding one year warranty. I was mentally harassed in this whole process by the boat management as i struggled alot for my online classes without the headgear. I demand a full refund from boat along with a compensation.
