Text of Complaint by Gurmeet Singh:

I have a boat headphone 141 which after few months one side stopped working due to some technical issues. I claimed for warranty and it was picked up by BlueDart. After 3days Boat replied that they bave received a damaged product so they won’t replace it and rejected my warranty claim. This is totally cheating by the company. They are sending 3rd party to collect the device and later the device is handled properly or not we consumers aren’t sure. Later we are not getting any warranty claims
