Dear Sir,
I had ordered a Boat headphone 510 with order no ending with 7555. But I got a better deal for a higher model Boat 550, I ordered the same but wanted to return the 510 but, dint find the refund option so when called customer care, I was told to go for replacement and then refund can be processed. I did the same and got a replacement with order no ending with: 3148 but, when again called for refund, I was told it’s not possible. I want a refund to be placed for the same because I don’t need the product.
