my left side of earbuds was not charging and I claimed my warranty. Their service person checked my product and found it undamaged and took it for repair. But after 2 days I received a mail from boat that my warranty is rejected because my product was damaged. They sent me a photo my earbuds whose right side was broken(right side was perfectly fine and was working before). Only 10 days passed when this happened after I ordered that product.
