I bought boat airdopes true 201 on 9th July’20 from Amazon. It worked great for the initial 4 months then suddenly the Right ear bud stopped working completely. I contacted Boat support in THANE multiple times and was informed as the stock for the model is not available and to be connected on what’s app and once the stock is available, they will let me know, it’s been 3 months since I have not got nay update. When I call I get the same response. Now the situation of the Left piece has dropped as well, even with full charge, it works hardly for 15 mins. I am so disappointed with Boats. For Earphones I gave always trusted Boat but now the opinion has changed. My experience and money both have been impacted
