Text of Complaint by Dhanush:

I bought boat immortal 141w from Amazon, just one month’s ago. Amazon parcel received during first turn on the device it won’t turn on due to battery drained, after charged full it worked, but one ear buds drain battery fastly it will zero, another stays 30% battery stands 15 mins, one will drained.
After login the complaint in boat website, they pick-up the product and tested the product.
They given fake statements.
Now they are rejected claims.
My complaint is battery backup issue not battery charging issues.
Battery is in left earbuds and right earbuds.

Need both side earbuds battery drop test not charging test reports.

They given another report not suitable with complaint.
Kindly solve my issue. Either repair defective battery or replacement.
Please help consumer court.
