Dear Sir/Madam,
I have purchased a new Boat earbuds. When opened box and check and connect with my endroid mobile. I found that right side spekar is not working sound quality is also not good and can’t able call so that is defective piece delivered to me by the company.
I have make returned request for this product same day, but till now no return and replace this product by the company, the time slot had decided by your company but I don’t given any response till now.
So please I have humble request to you please give me my refund amount immediately.
