Text of Complaint by Ashok Singh Naruka:

The company is not providing replacement of my earphones. I had given my earphones to company since 3rd august and the company said that the replacement will be done within 15 days. Now its more than 40 days and the company is not responding. Also tried to contact their team through mail and call but they didn’t give any response from their end. They are sayomg it is damaged but at the picked up it was not damaged , same confirmed by bluedart which picked up my product.Boat is asking me to collect POD from bluedart which i asked to bluedart and whatever bluedart sent me i have forwared to boat but they are denying that also. I have sent POD many times, also sent today also.
