I ordered Boat Rockerz 255+pro from Amazon.com After using it for sometime, there was sound quality issue. So I claimed for the warranty and a pickup was arranged by Bluedart courier services. The product which I handed the pickup boy was in a very good condition and it was well checked by the pickup boy also. There was no physical damage.
But, after two days I received a mail from boat saying that my warranty claim has been rejected because my product is damaged and they are sending me that damaged product only. I called to the boat customer care several times but they said we received product damaged.
And Now they sent me damaged broken product and I can not use it. The product was not damaged when I gave that product to courier guy and now I received a broken product. I really need some support, and I also want to make the public aware about the worst ever after-sales service of boat company. I will never buy anything from boat now.
I have seen many cases here regarding same complaint.
Why they damaged products instead of giving replacement or repairing.
There is several cases already happened.
This is the serious issue for middle class people.
