I had purchased Boat Aavante Bar 2000 160 W On 29th May 2022 for One year warranty product.Now this system not working and I had visited Boat authorised service centre for repair but they denied for service paid service for out of warranty products and understood from authorised service centre team they don’t have facility to provide the service.In that case Boat should display the information about service while doing the sales but they didn’t mention or display this information either on product not on the sales service provider website or in App application.After the warranty of One year no information to customer what they have to do with the sound system with working after spending 10K on product.
