I bought boat aavante sound bar 2000 pro from Flipkart and after using six month product got internal damage,i raised a warranty claim on june 8th ,2024 and they haven’t arranged technician to repair the product instead they said we’ll replace your product, Before that you send me the product to warehouse and we’ll arrange pick-up for you,before and after packing take the video and send it to us. As per their words i packed and send those packing videos to them,july first week pickup done by xpressbees courier and it was reached their warehouse on 13th july,after that they are not giving any proper reply till today, whenever i called boat customer care agents said we’ll ship your product within 24 hours,your replacement product is ready at our warehouse and it’s ready to ship. From past 15 days onwards they have said the same thing daily.
