The boat company Nirvana Ion offers a 1 year warranty after delivering a defective product. It has been 1 week since I made this warranty claim. This company says that after the warranty claim is made, the delivery man will come to you in 24 hours to 48 hours. But it took 1 week. And if we call customer care, they refuse to talk about this.
