I received a damaged product and want to register a complain about it but every time when I try to reach customer service department they just ignore my issue and has one answer that can’t resolve my issue earlier stuff still gave me some phone no. Nd email address but that was also a fake . They don’t even listen to or try to resolve my issue . I have order boat airpods 171 bluetooth truly for rs. 1800 . They delivered me a fully damaged product. After all this they don’t want to take any blame on them. Just ignore my issue as if it has nothing to do with them. I have trusted this app did my shopping but they just did fraud to me nd grab my money. It’s not easy to earn money . If this is how they work this app should be banned ?.plz help me and stop these kind of people nd to fraud people.
