I have purchase boat Airdrops on 12.03.2022 through Myntra. We have received the product with bad condition both eardrops have no clarity and battery back will end by 3hrs.( Quality check was not done by BOAT Failed 1)
My brother raised the complaint on 13.03.2022 starting battery back is not good ticket number (20041166 ) . Boat person received the earphone and after 3 days he has been delivery with same product with problem battery will be ended by 3 hours and no clarity on earbuds. ( Quality check was not done by BOAT Failed 2 time)
On 28.05.2022 I have raised one more service request number ( 20260949) starting I need the refund amount with bad experience of 2 times. I just want to understand why boat team has not been quality checked before delivering the product the customer. With patient I have raised 2 service request number but there is not proper response from the boat.
On 30.03.202 I spoken with Mr. Jasmith floar manger and he promised will get back to you with in hours with solution but till now there is no proper response from . I have try to reach more than 20 times and in our toll free number peoples are not connecting MR. Jasmith. This clear shows that you are cheating the customers for delivering the wrong product to the patient.( Failed 3r time)
This gentle reminder for the refunding the Airdopes amount of Rs. 1200 due to failed in delivery the write product to the customer. If things are not solved with one days and same complaint will be lodge and consumer court and will be taken into court for further evaluation.
It may be small amount but your cheating the customer and not providing proper information. You need to take corrective action on MR Jasmith for wrong commitment.
All the cheating with one customer show how boat is efficiency on delivery the product to customer. Will wait for day and will see you in consumer court.
