I’ve ordered the Boat Airdopes 411ANC from Boats official website on 2nd March 2023 and after 2 months I’ve got some connectivity problem in that airdopes as it is still in warranty I’ve called to customer care for claiming warranty of it and they also sent the deleivery boy to pick my product and when product was at Boat office they messaged me that your Airdopes was damaged as it was not at all damage. And now I’ve got that damage piece of shit and they’re saying we can’t replace any physical damaged product.
