I ordered Boat Airdopes 701 ANC vide an online Advertisement of sale on YouTube on Feb 21,2023 from Nirvana store, I received an order confirmation #2765 after payment with GPay, Ihave not received the product even after 21 days have passed, I cannot even track the order, the payment went to one Mr. Golakiya Darshanbhai Batukbhai via Razor pay, the payment confirmation mail received from Nirvana Store says payment successful for COVID relief initiative by Razorpay,
