My name is VIJAY SETHI, I hail from jaipur. I am to bring it to your kind notice and necessary action against Indigo Airlines as they have closed the boarding before 30 mins for the flight No.6E-7107 from BANGALORE to Rajahmundry on 2nd March 2023.
we have requested the desk incharge to please help us but she denied and said we can give you a next flight with 2500 each passenger amount difference .
as my number was updated there was no call or text message delivered nor any announcment was made for door closing .
