Hi Team,

I was traveling from Mumbai to Amsterdam with a connecting flight from Muscat. I have been told that you cannot board the flight as you don’t have a transit visa. I see on the Indigo site that the transit visa is not required for less than 6 6-hour layover. https://www.goindigo.in/information/visa-information/oman-om-visa.html

I have to book the immediate flight for the 95000 INR, for my travel as I am not allowed to travel by the indigo staff.

I expect my answer to my question why this has been done to me or the information written on the site is incorrect.

I am the one who lost more 140000 INR for this travel, I have also lost my connecting flight,
