i am a frequent flier in this route from ahmedabad to kolkata and back and faces many times this issue as compared to kolkata airport. there are always crowd and long standing queue in indigo desk. boarding gate closed earlier and the indigo staff insisted to opt for next flight by paying rupees 12500/- more for 5 passengers. as i was with my family along with my ailing parents i made payment of rupees12500/- for next flight from ahmedabad to jaipur and the kolkata. being a defence personnel i was a nightmare for me and my family at ahmedabad airport. please refund the amount of 12500/- as it was totally the fault of the management. there were some more passengers who were sufferer at that morning.
