Respect Sir/ma’am
My name is Sanchit Aggarwal I am a loyal Airtel customer.On 17th March 2021 I have purchased Airtel Fiber broadband connection at my residential home address A3/27C Green Apartment Paschim Vihar New Delhi -110063 and made a payment of Rs 3500/- (including GST)for the monthly rental of Rs 400(excl. GST) unlimited plan speed upto 40mbps expiring on 16 September 2021.
Since then I have been facing multiple drops in the internet speed provided and have made multiple complaints regarding it to which a technition has been provided but no fixed conclusion or solution has been provided.Everytime after filing the compliant the speed is restored and in a couple of days I have to face same issues.On 11 July 2021 at 2:00am internet services stop working and on making a complaint I was informed that services are under maintenance, Such sudden blocking of services without any prior notice has cause immense personal discomfort and both mentally and a financially loss.
Therefore for not holding and completing the promises made by the service provider I demand for a compensation for the discomfort and the loss suffered.
