I took an online loan from BN Dhan App which was previously named MobiPocket and was listed with positive reviews on Playstore. The last time in November 2022 I took loan of Rs.12500 of which only rs.8500 was disbursed of me the rest was their so called fees and taxes and only 10 days period was given to me to repay. I could not repay due to financial problems but now after one and a half months when I was willing to repay the loan it is showing Rs.25000 with penalty double the loan amount. And lots of spam calls everyday. I took the loan as it was listed as trusted app on Google playstore but turns out it is one of the so called scamming apps. I am ready to pay the original loan amount but they dont have any customer care number working either. Kindly help me with this problem.
