Dear Sir/Madam
I had made purhcase of Bluetooth speaker on dated 14/08/2020 by online platform Flipkart. and firstly the product delivered was not working so same has been replaced my flipkart after some time with 3-4 days that product too has stopped working then i contact philips consumer care and they have replaced the product but with one month of so this product has also stopped working . I have asked company customer care to get this product changed but they were saying this product is carry in product you have to go to our customer service center which is approximately 35 Kms from my house I have asked them either you should replace that at my home or refund me the amount which i have paid for purchasing this unit but they refused to do so. There Area Manager Mr. Praveen has also tole me that your problem is not too big as the way you are mentioning . I request you to please intervene in that and provide me justice.
