Mene replacement k liye dala 3 Oct ko hi,
4 ko seller ne reject kr diya
CC pe bat ki ,unhone kaha dubara raise krdo
Mene dubara 4 ko replacement k liye dala
Seller ne 5 ko fir se reject krdi
5 ko fir customer care se bat ki unhone kaha app ek bar aur replacement request krdo,
Hm koshish krenge k is bar reject n ho,
Lakin 7 Oct ko fir seller ne reject krdi,
7th ko mene fir CC se bat ki unhone kaha app mt dalo hm krte hai,
Mere, behalf pe CC ne Replacement dala
Mujhe tassli di k appka 10 oct tk problem solve ho jayga, I received mail too for resolve your problem by 10th, Oct.
Mujhe ek mail bhi aya us bich
Jisme flipkart ki taraf se ID proof manga gya tha
Mene submit bhi ki,(Pen Card)
Usi ID (pen card )se mene 5 Oct ko apna register phone no.bhi change kraya tha aur wo no change bhi ho gya tha.
Mene mention bhi kiya tha k manorma is my social name
And my doc name is kamar jahan
And please consider this id .
Wo Id Consider kr ki gyi thi aur mera register phone no. Change bhi huya tha.
Ye hi same mene replacement k liye jis mail me ID proof manga gya tha
Waha bhi mene apne Docs name which is Kamar jahan
I’d send ki aur mention bhi kiya k ye ID consider kre app.
10 tk jb nhi huya
11 aa gyi 11 ko mene fir se CC ko call kiya
Tb mene fir se btaya k ye ye problem hai meri
Seller ne meri request reject krdi hai,
Aur me kyo n kru replacement ki request jb mujhe wrong product received huya hai to??
Aur same day yani 11th Oct me Flipkart account bhi block kr diya hai
Deu to high no. Of returns
CC se hi mene pucha kitna no. H
Unhone kaha mam 4 sal me total 11 item h jo replacement ya return huye h
And sbke piche reasons h
Kuch break item delivers huye the ya kuch item me quality issue tha.
And ye high no.of return nhi h
Meri ek hi complaint bar bar jane ki wajah se system ne deduct kr kiya high no.of returns
But aisa kuch high no.of return mere Account me nahi hai
Mene Account Unblock k liye bhi request aur mujhe wrong product delivered huya
Dono ko complaint 11 ko fir se CC dwara ki gyi,
Jiska solution mujhe 14 oct , 9:00 pm tk milna tha,
N koi mail aya h abhi tk, n koi call,
Mene jb blue color order kiya to Novak aya kyo?
Aur agr black aya hai to me replacement k liye nhi dal skti kya?
Aur agr ek bar reject ho gyi,to kya me dubara nhi dal skti kya,
app log problem to solve nhi kr pa rhe meri
Mera account hi block kr diya?
Kya app aisa krke mujhe ye btana chah rhe ho,
Agr Flipkart k seller k pas color available nhi hai to wo apni mrzi se kuch bhi bhej dega
Aur complaint agr ki jaygi is bat ki to account block kr diya jayga?
Right?
Aur jb mujhe wrong product deliver hiya h to complaint krungi hi n?
Use rkh to nhi lungi jb mene black mangaya hi nhi tha.
Mujhe in bato k answer chahiye team plz jwab do
1. jb mene blue mngaya to black aya kyo jb ye assured item tha?
2. Agr product wrong deliver huya mujhe to mera bar bar ek hi bat k liye request dalna kya galat tha jo mera account block kr diya gya?
3. Bar bar ek hi bat kahne se app log problem solve nahi krte ho, account block kr dete ho
4. Kya meri galti hai ki mene black mngala tha fir me replacement kr rhi thi?

6. Agar wrong product ki hm complaint nhi kr skte to appne return/ replacement ka time kyo diya hai?
7. Mera Account agr high no. of return ki wajah se block kiya gya h
To mujhe dikhao wo high no.kaha hai?
