Dear Sir,
I have given a order for Bluetooth earbud (Article No. Boat airbuts 171 in ear Bluetooth true wireless) which order number is #4038878175-4704305 and amount 1199
We received order on 4th Jan 2023 but there is hand free blue tooth instead of earbud ( I have attached picture). I was very disappointed after receiving the wrong product. I have made complaint for the same but there is no response from amazon side so I would like to request you please resolve the matter as soon as possible otherwise I have to go through to the court for legal action against amazon.
