Hi i bought new Bluestar window AC in last of June and after few days that AC motor stopped working , i complained to services center at 9th July but till now my problem is not resolved.
I asked to company and request them to change this product but they denied for that and said there is no provision for changing this product, we change only part not entire AC.
so today (23rd july) finely they received the part and services man came to my home and repaired it after that when they start the AC another part get burned and now they said , we will give the request to company , once we receive the part after that we will repair it.
i purchase this product one month back only and last 14 days that AC is not working, i want to change this product only. This product is not a free gift , I bought in Rs 32,500 .. so please do the needful
