I ordered a bluestar 2023 1.3ton 3 star invertor ac -white ordered in Sep 10th and delivered in Sep 16th.
delivery person open the box and didn’t said anything and went away. we called a blue star ac technician for installation ,he came and checked that 3M copper wire is not there. and he has given the job sheet as the copper wire is not there. from that day we are calling flipkart customer care nearly 50 times about this issue, they are simply hearing all the issue and telling our backend team will connect you our seniors will call you and cut the call. seniors are calling back and telling that you made wrong complaint please made the correct complaint, and they are not telling which is correct complaint.
from the product received yet it is not installed and it is not beneficial as which purpose we order for. the customer care persons didn’t response properly and they repeatedly saying like which is reading like a flyer.
am calling from past 20days and they are giving a timeline to resolve the problem. time is flying yet it is not resolved. feeling very bad and worst about it.
So please resolve this issue by providing 3m copper wire or refund the amount of Rs.5000 which is worth of 3m copper wire and give me some assure to fix my issue through the mail or message.
