Dear Sir,
Dealer has closed our complaint without customer consent and with false reason that customer is not paying the charges . We demanded the GST invoice against the service received which the Blue Star Jamhedpur Dealer doesn’t provided. We are regularly getting harassed since 6 Months for the same indoor problem. The Particular Dealer is giving the service from unprossfional technician. Having all the what up Photos and Voice with Date Time for the evidence.
We are getting Deficiency in Service and will suggest to our Friend ,Relatives, Known etc. not purchase the Blue Star AC because local Dealer don’t have the professional Technician . said him to provide me the GST bill against that he was denning to provide that
