My AC under warranty period is having cooling issues along with foul smell. I have registered complaint on 19 Oct 23. No response from blue star team. I have recomplained a number of item. I also raised the level to senior executive however no resolution of the complaint. Now we are living in Jaisalmer, Rajasthan for last 10 days without AC. Difficult to survive in hot weather because of irresponsible behaviour of blue star company.
