Hi
I have purchased a Blue star Split AC on 21-Apr-2022 with 1 year Warranty period. Now my Ac is not working properly and I have logged multiple complaint in Blue star from 10-Apr-2023 onwards and they are not able to resolve my issue and ignoring my mails and calls.

B23041005371 – No resolution has been given for this complaints(lokesh goad , Bijender was the contact person for this complaint).
B230411404646 – This complaint has been registered again on 14-April-2023.
I would like to take this issue to consumer court and hoping for good resolution.
