Text of Complaint by Rohan:

I purchased Boat 141 Earbuds and after few months I started facing issue with 1 side(left) earbud that won’t turn on. So, I applied to claim warranty and uploaded bill,photos and other details on boat website. They told me that they will verify the details and if they are correct they will send their delivery partner for pickup also informed me to only give the earbuds case without any box and bill. After few days they verifed and sent the pickup guy and I gave the case with buds. Next day I got mail from Boat Team that I have sent them wrong product that I mentioned in warranty claim and sent me a photo in which the model was (161) so I wrote them mail that I sent 141 only but they told that they received 161 model from blue dart.
So I called the pickup guy and told him so he said he picked 2 orders that day so maybe he delivered wrong product to the boat company. I told him to take action and he agreed to this but then everyday I called him to ask updates and he kept saying I’m busy I will do tomorrow and after 4 days he blocked me completely. I wrote mail to blue dart and boat for months and they both kept saying they deliver what they picked. After 1 week they returned the product which was 161 model and it was broken not working and malfunctioning. I told them I want my product back but they never answered. It’s been few months I didn’t knew I can get help from consumer court so I am seeking for help. I will share all the details below. Please help me!
