I ordered the flowers and teddy and chocolates from this website and there is nothing that I received in the time mentioned by these people, until now even after taking 2068 rupees still there is no one that showed up and nothing came, no customer service number which is valid and email replies are only templates which are recorded or saved, probably going on with a big fraud, kindly help me get the full money back, I even informed that if the money is not refunded to me in full and in time I ll raise this issue with the judiciary and consumer forum, they offered me with a promotional wallet balance or can get the refund with a 200 rupees plus GST deduction, which is absolutely wrong as its a fault on there end and not mine.
