From yesterday my meesho app is not working it is showing the notification as your verification is failed and to customer support. I called to customer care but they told that they could not do anything as my account is blocked from company. So how can you block my account without any intimation. I got to know that returning the products may be the reason but its not genuine reason as we are not doing any fraud,we are just returning the product only if we have size or quality issue. If you can block the then you must intimate early that we will not support returning the products. So kindly look at the issue and please unblock my account as I have my orders pending and we are genuine buyers.
