Sir I was customer of 1xbet app,which is online betting app just like as dream11,mycircle11 etc.my id is 513128399.my registered email id is rina********123@gmail.com.i was playing through this since 8-9 months ago.through the ipl betting I made profit of rs32000,when i requested to withdraw my money, suddenly i got a mail of closing of my account and the reason given in the notice is that I have multi account with the company but it is false.there is one and only one account.when i reported this to customer executive,they denied to help me.sir i made this profit after many loss.so please help me in finding out the solution and in getting back my money.
