Hello dear,
I am a client of 1win,on my first deposits I deposited 90$ into my 1win account, after playing games I won and lost some games then I decided to withdraw my funds only for 1win to freeze the account and refused my withdrawals, they then asked for my documents as proofs for better identification, after providing them with it. They asked me to wait for 14days afterwards they blocked my account with my funds in it without a proper addressing to my offence.
They quoted a phrase stating that I violated a rule or having multiple accounts which is not true.
I will be very glad if my situation can be looked into with kindness and justice.
