Flipkart has blocked my account, which has resulted in following:
1. Inability to access any order details, including all product information.
2. No access to information regarding the refund status of returned orders.
3. Unavailability of warranty details for products I have purchased.
I understand that, as a consumer, I have certain rights guaranteed by law, and the aforementioned actions by Flipkart are in violation of these rights. I have made multiple attempts to resolve these issues through your customer support, but my concerns remain unaddressed.
I would not contest the restriction of my privilege to place any future order, but in case if I am restricted from accessing my account details, the question is how should I esnure that the refund for returned products has been adequately processed? How can I access to details like Warrenty of the product’s orders?
By blocking the account Flipkart is aiming to not refund the amount of the goods returned and making the consumer helpless about the same. Is this the new means of making money?
