Hi Viewer,
I have ordered Infinix Hot 9 pro in flash sale, my order was successfully placed and after 1 to 2 hour I received a message from flipkart that, “Due to some problem, your order has been cancelled” and I opened flipkart account and went to My Orders section but doesn’t shows anything after that, I have gone to My Account Section and I didn’t find my account there, I tried to login into my account and filled up mobile no’s and password/otp and clicked on login button and one message displays saying that, “Your flipkart account has been blocked”.
I tried to contact customer care using mail, and I have received a mail saying “Don’t worry we are trying our best”. I wrote 5 mails in a day and I got the same mail saying that one message.
Although, I was using Flipkart plus account, and Like this problems are not good at all. It’s been nearly 1 to 2 month.
