I had transferred money in my account on July 17th and it was blocked as soon as I logged in. Then I emailed the support team and I didn’t find any proper response. All i got back is “due to internal reasons account blocked”. They Say At astropay customer satisfaction is a top priority. Whereas a company is involved in frauding its customers by laundering their money and blocking accounts without prior intimation and proper explanation. This is really frustrating and demotivating to use this application. The assistance at astropay is not upto the mark and not satisfactory. Highly Not recommending this App. And my money is taken and I have been cheated.
