RBL BANK HAS BLOCKED BY CREDIT CARD DUE TO NON UPDATION OF KYC WHICH I HAD PROVIDED ON 15TH FEB,21ST MARCH,23RD MARCH,25TH MARCH,26TH MARCH AFTER BEEN ASKED FOR BY THE CUSTOMER EXECUTIVES EVERY TIME I REQUEST TO UPDATE IT.EVERY TIME THEY SAY IT WILL TAKE 48 HRS AND ITS BEEN 1.5 MONTHS NOW.I AM BEARING LOSSES AS MY WEBSITE WHICH IS CONNECTED TO MY CREDIT CARD IS DEACTIVATED AND THUS NO SALE TRANSACTION CAN BE MADE.KINDLY HELP ME
