This is to bring to notice that I am a corporate customer of Airtel Mobile Postpaid for around 10 years.
I shifted to new society where i threw a party so I had made some new calls and SMS to the society folks to connect.Since I made some more calls , I have been blocked monthly for calls/SMS (although I have unlimited SMS/call service under the postpaid scheme).
Airetel blocked/limited my SMS/Calls services stating that I am selling a loan/insurance so they are blocking/limiting my service usage.This is not fair and illegal as per the policy.
After multiple follow up mails for last 1 week [email protected] is not replying. Only option let is to port my all Airtel postpaid SIMs along with Airtel Black broadband.
