I had purchased a kurthi worth 1449 from Instagram seller.
But product wasn’t fitting.so initaillay I requested for a refund on return and when they objected requested for exchange for a bigger size .
On exchange customer is at loss since we have to bear the courier charges – I had no objection with that at all since I just wanted a product that I can use .
But they weren’t ready and asked me to alter the product.
When I approached tailor I understood it won’t be easy and it will cost another 250-300 rs to alter .
So I again requested for exchange multiple times but they never replied and then even blocked me .
I had spoken politely only .they were just not ready to exchange the unusable product .
