Text of Complaint by Allan:

My 1Win account got blocked without any prior consultation and my funds have not been reimbursed since then. According to the betting site, I had violated CODE 9.7 allegedly through (multi-account, use of software to automate bets, play in arbitration situations, if the gaming account is not used to place bets, abuse of loyalty programs, etc.). To my best knowledge I did not commit any of these and 1WIN has not issued any evidence on why my account was blocked.
