Requesting a refund of my payment

This letter serves as a formal request for a full refund on the product that I bought from your company, through your Online Store.
I purchased a [ADIDAS ULTRABOOST 22 RUNNING SHOES FOR MAN] ,and paid a total amount of [11969]
It seems that the not apporved my itm I had complained instantly to the customer support team but they’re not helpful and blacklisted my account too and I am raised many complaint about this issue so I am here for your help so please help and my financial condition is very bad because of this pendamic so please helpp me
I read your terms and conditions, and I am well aware that customers are entitled to a full refund for a not pickup approval my itm .
I attached the receipt that I got with the product as proof it was purchased from your company.
I hope to hear from you soon about the procedures for returning the product and receiving a refund.
