I ordered a phone from flipkart to redmi9i price 8499 but when i took the phone then i see the box was empty my phone was missing. I immediately contact flipkart customer care he said I have sent return request and have to wait 72 hours. Later I checked and saw that my return request was rejected three times and my account was blocked. I have 329 in my account wallet and I can’t use it. Please help me to unblock my account.
