Very Bad Experience
I ordered cat food of a 7kg pack and a wet food box of 12 pieces
In that 7kg bag it shoes it is expiring next month and there is missing items in the 12 pieces box , only 9 pieces wer sent
After talking for hours with 5 agents
Complaining From 8pm 1st June till 11.30 pm
I got a replacement for wet food and 7kg cat dry food they sent for replacement was expiring on 2nd June.
Again delivery guy had to return
Now they are telling they cnt cancel this order or do refund or do a replacement
And contact them morning if I have any concern
There is no option for me to chat with the executives.
Please help me resolve.
