I ordered 7 items vide order ID ORD127072395. In those 7 items I had ordered 2 Lindt Chocolate. One was intense Orange and the other one was 90% Cocoa chocolates for my wife n me. They delivered a caramel chocolate and the other one was Cocoa. Both these packages were torn, full of dirty and even taped. I immediately reached out to them but was told nothing can be done. I even asked to take the items back but without checking I was told a clear no for help. I asked for a supervisor but help was declined saying for this is not a valid reason to connect with them. The stubbornness at this help was declined was as if this has been clearly their policy to follow and writing to their CEO didn’t help. First there is no way that you can call them. They are running a multi million dollar company but can’t afford a phone line. Either they know they can’t handle the volume of complaint due to the intent of non service amounting to frauds or it the design of the brand by the co founder Albinder itself making it the most deceptive complete to deal with in India. They are faulting the rules valiantly as they know there is not much to protect the consumers rights in India.
I urge/pray to you all to punish them for thinking there is no law/no body above them. Please set an example else they will continue to harass consumers left right and cent
